Desserts are always in my mind. I love eating them as much as I love making them. It is always sweeter when I am in the kitchen with the kids. This looks like a great dish for festive days. My favourite recipe was a Christmas pudding which is a rich fruit cake type dessert – you only need a little bit but so delicious.

Anything with condensed milk is always delicious. We make similar desserts during the holidays that require condensed milk. Never thought to add coffee to the mix.
