1/1/22 The 2 people working today are awesome, patient and professional. Most of al pleasant. I bought a PS4 with my son and they bent over backwards and even gave a really nice controller!. If you are the owner reading this, you probably already know they are the s*&^....pleas keep them.

I was greeted when I entered by two (2) very knowledgeable gentlemen. The one gentleman I spoke with was Josh; he helped me very quickly and accurately. I came in to trade some old games in, walked out with a new game and I was upgraded to a pro membership for just $5. Awesome experience!

Staff is great, always go above and beyond one of the employees spent almost 30 min with the customer service/IT help because my account would not allow me to redeem my points, not only did she help every costumer there with a smile as she helped me deal with this issue i had been dealing with for weeks that customer service could not help me with weeks at a time she got it fixed and figured out in 30 min of 4 weeks other couldn't! Props to her (Itzel)! GameStop should feel privileged to have a employee like her. Its very rare to find costumer service like that these days! Gamestop needs to do more for their employees!

I visited this store because they had something I needed In stock. I wanted to trade my old consoles for a new Xbox one. The staff not only helped me unload my car, they also did everything they could to get me the best console for the best value. I was very impressed. While my trade was taking place, I felt very comfortable while waiting because the staff was so knowledgable in their field. They even knew about the old games as well. Very good experience at this store. I would recommend visiting while in town.

I’ve been to many GameStop’s in this lifetime.. From Sacramento California, Killeen Texas, all the way to Columbia South Carolina. & let me tell you I’ve seen a store run like the store Bobby runs here. The guy always has a smile on his face & spreading positive energy throughout the store form the guests to his team. GameStop should be lucky to have a leader like Bobby running this location! Keep it up!

Its a great place and you can even get super new games and the also have stuffed plushies from games and figures too! Game Stop is the best!!!
