It's not a new idea to take a classic Asian horror film and remake it to suit American audiences. These films tend to be formulaic with the most obvious reprise being the villain's iconic look: that dead behind the eyes, streaming black hair, creepy mess of a woman or small child thing. The 2008 remake of Shutter follows this formula closely, but the new spin on the old adage of angry-dead-girl-seeks-revenge seems to work for the film.

隨著射出成型技術的進步，許多製程相繼被開發及研究， IMD模內裝飾射出成型技術更是在3C市場被廣泛使用，因此薄膜在此製程中則變成一重要因子，再者，IMD模內裝飾射出成型的製程在學術上又無較多的文獻及相關資料之發表，所以薄膜在此則沒有較深之探討，所以造成常常在製程中找不到解決問題的方法，本論文則針對薄膜在模穴中所造成之滯熱溫度歷程作一探討。 本論文中，首先針對不同塑膠材料以及不同薄膜材料來作一溫度的量測比較，之後再固定材料與薄膜進行不同模具溫度及熔膠溫度對薄膜滯熱溫度作探討，接著利用2D分析軟體COMSOL及3D分析軟體Moldex3D對於實驗作一驗證，並對於實驗無法量測之熔膠與薄膜接觸溫度作一分析並進行薄膜初始溫度的探討，最後再利用分析改變薄膜熱傳導係數去觀察其相關溫度歷程變化的影響。 研究結果顯示，改變熔膠溫度以及模具溫度對於薄膜滯熱溫度的影響不大，幅度約為0.2℃～4℃，而在薄膜初始溫度的影響幅度則為12℃～17℃，薄膜熱傳導係數的影響幅度約為9℃～11℃。在分析結果方面，COMSOL分析值與實驗值誤差僅2℃～4℃，而Moldex3D的分析值由於網格計算時間長久以及需要準確的環境設定，所以分析結果較實驗值小約10℃左右。 從本研究中可了解塑料物性、薄膜設計、模具溫度變化與熔膠溫度變化對滯熱效果之影響，相關研究成果可提供模具製造業者與射出成型業者作為模具設計與成型之參考，並建立初步的薄膜滯熱溫度歷程資料庫，期待未來可作一更完整之研究。

奈米線、奈米尖錐、奈米帶等一維奈米結構因具有獨特的光性、電性和機械性質而成為現今的熱門研究領域。目前半導體的研究已經進入了奈米級的進展，在如此微小的世界裡，拉曼散射光譜是一項強而有力的分析工具，具有簡單、低成本、快速、以及非破壞性量測等優點。在未來奈米元件的製程與分析上，扮演著不可或缺的角色。本研究中，以化學氣相層積法將氮化鎵一維奈米線成長在矽晶片基板上，使用共焦拉曼微光譜儀來做一連串的拉曼量測與分析。透過掃描式電子顯微鏡可觀察出氮化鎵一維奈米線的直徑約在100奈米左右，而X光繞射儀與穿透式電子顯微鏡證明了氮化鎵奈米線屬於六角晶系、以[100]為成長方向，並具有高度結晶品質。單根氮化鎵奈米線的拉曼頻譜顯示出一般六角晶系的聲子特徵，並且E2(high)模態具有很窄的半高寬，代表很好的晶體品質。在單根氮化鎵奈米線的偏極化拉曼量測上，顯示出不尋常的偏極化響應，與一般文獻以及模擬上迥然不同。此差異經過推測，極有可能是由於單根氮化鎵奈米線對於不同偏振方向的雷射光有不同的吸收所造成，另外，透過偏極化的拉曼量測，並配合模擬結果，可得知空間中氮化鎵的晶軸方向。另外，在683 cm-1與714 cm-1這兩個頻率的地方有觀測到兩個微弱且寬的峰，但此兩處仍未被以發表的文獻所討論。由於本研究所使用的單根氮化鎵奈米線具有極大的比表面積，因此推測此處應為氮化鎵奈米線本身所產生的表面聲子模態，但仍需要更進一步的研究與分析。
